This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed by Game Bentley when you use our mobile app.

The App is a free-to-play game (with optional in-game purchases). To maintain a high-quality experience, we process information from and about you to improve the App and support our internal operations.

We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we'll notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy. Depending on the specific changes, we may provide you with additional notice or ask for your renewed consent.

Information We Collect

We may collect information about the applications installed on your device, including a list of the apps you currently have on your mobile device.

We collect this information for the following reasons:

  • Attribution: To understand which marketing campaigns led to you installing our app.

  • Analytics: To measure app performance, user engagement, and improve your experience.

  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent activity, such as fake installs or ad fraud.

We share this list of installed apps with our third-party analytics and attribution provider, AppsFlyer, but only for the purposes listed above. AppsFlyer processes this data according to its own Privacy Policy. We do not sell this data or use it for any purpose other than app performance and attribution measurement.

Information we collect automatically through the app:

  • Log Information: We log information about your use of the App, including the type of device you use, the features you interact with, access times, and your IP address.

  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the App, including the device manufacturer, model, operating system (OS), time zone, and language.

  • Device Identifiers: We collect online identifiers for your device, including IDFA, Google Ads ID, Google Device ID, Game Center ID, and Google Play Account ID.

  • Usage Information: We collect information related to your use of the App, such as your game progress, scores, achievements, and interactions with other players.

  • Consumption Information: We collect information about your consumption habits, including purchases you make with virtual and real currencies and the reception of in-game virtual goods.

Information we collect from other sources:

If you log into the App using a third-party site or platform like Facebook, Apple Game Center, or Google Sign-In, we may access information about you from that platform. This can include your screen name, profile information, and friend lists, in line with the authorization procedures of that platform and provided you've given them your consent.

When you use these features, you represent and warrant that (i) your use will comply with the terms and policies of that site or platform and (ii) you are above the minimum age limit required by that site or platform's policies and local laws.

How We Use Your Information (Purpose and Legal Basis)

We use your information for the following purposes and with the following legal bases:

  • Log, device, usage, and consumption information, and device identifiers are processed to:

    • Provide and deliver the products and services you request, and send you related information.

    • Provide and maintain the App and the game experience.

    • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.

    This processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party to support the App's operation and delivery of services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • We also use your data to:

    • Provide news and information about the App we believe will be of interest to you.

    • Personalize and improve the App, providing tailored content and features.

    • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities related to the App.

    This processing is justified by our legitimate interests in providing relevant advertisements and content, and in improving our services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

  • For users who have given their consent, we use your data to:

    • Share your advertising IDs with our ad network partners for the purpose of serving personalized (behavioral) advertisements within the App.

    This processing is justified by our legitimate interests in providing advertisements of interest to you (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The sharing of your advertising ID is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

  • Information from other sources (e.g., third-party logins) is processed to:

    • Provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information.

    This is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party to facilitate the delivery of requested products and services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

  • We also use this information to:

    • Combine it with other data we have to better understand your needs and provide you with a better service.

    • Provide news and information about the App that we think will be of interest to you.

    This processing is justified by our legitimate interests in providing relevant content and improving our services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

We only process your information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.

Storage of Information

Game Bentley will store your personal data for as long as needed to provide you with the App or fulfill the purposes described above. We may store it for longer if required to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim, or to comply with applicable law, including accounting rules.

Your personal data is deleted or anonymized as soon as it no longer serves one of these purposes, and in any event, no later than three (3) years after your interaction with Game Bentley has ceased.

Sharing of Information

We disclose information about you to the following categories of recipients based on the legal bases under Sections 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (as described above):

  • Social networks, as detailed under "Social Sharing features."

  • Third parties if we are required to disclose your data by law, rule, regulation, or legal process, or in connection with any merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

  • Authorities if we believe your actions violate our policies or if disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of Game Bentley or others.

  • Other players, in order to provide certain in-app features like leaderboards, if you log in using a third-party service.

Additionally, if you have given your consent (Section 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), we share your Device Identifiers with advertising network companies so they can serve you behavioral advertisements within the App.

We use the following advertising network companies:

  • Facebook, Inc.

  • Google LLC

  • Unity Technologies

  • IronSource

  • Applovin Corporation

  • Vungle, Inc.

  • ByteDance Ltd. (TikTok)

When you contact us for support, we may collect and process data to facilitate a response. You may choose to share information about your device to help us address technical issues. Providing this information is voluntary, and you have the option to submit requests using a pseudonym.

In connection with our processing, we use the following data processors: server hosting providers, technical service providers for internal operations, user login services, and analytics service providers:

  • Firebase (Google LLC)

Children's Privacy

The App is for users aged 13 and above, except in the European Economic Area, where the minimum age is 16. By accepting this Privacy Policy and using the App, you warrant that you are 13 (or 16, as applicable) or older.

KIDS APPS PRIVACY POLICY:

This policy is designed to provide legal guardians of children under 13 with guidance on our privacy practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of their children's personal information. Game Bentley recognizes the rights of parents and legal guardians under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA, https://www.coppa.org/coppa).

Game Bentley does not knowingly and directly collect and store any personal information from children under the age of 13, as this would violate COPPA. Some information may be collected by third-party service providers, such as advertising networks.

KIDS’ PERSISTENT DEVICE IDENTIFIER

Third parties may collect an IP address, advertising identifier, and unique device identifier, but not any other personally identifiable information of a private nature. We allow this information to be collected solely for the internal operations of our Kids Apps, to serve our users with advertisements as permitted by law.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Our Kids Apps include third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) that collect non-personal information and Kids’ Persistent Device Identifiers. This information may also be stored on the user’s device using industry-standard technologies like cookies or local storage.

We do not sell your personal information, but we do need to share it with third parties to deliver the best possible service. We ensure that all our partners use the same degree of care with your data as we do.
